About SABI and Accomplishments

(from the SABI Sushi blog)

A little about us:

Sabi Sushi. We’re the first ever fast-casual sushi restaurant to offer fully-customizable sushi at a quick pace and low price. We’re going to bring high quality sushi to the masses, no more overpriced slow sushi, no more pre-boxed sushi. Those are rules we can all agree on.

...Imagine the Chipotle of Sushi, made with the freshest fish and locally grown vegetables.

Now, how are we going to do it? We’ve teamed up with a renowned Sushi Chef from LA, Phillip Yi.  We’ve won the Duke Start-Up challenge for a little bit of cash and a lot of experience. This is our story.  I have no idea what’s going to happen.
